Framing
We build and repair structures made of wood by utilizing measurements, cutting, and assembling the framing lumber needed to build residential, commercial, and/or industrial buildings. Along with wood framing we also provide steel framing which adds immense strength, flexibility, and ductility to buildings. Metal wins over wood when it comes to these factors - stability, insect damage, environmentally friendly, and fire concerns. Depending on the wants and needs of your project.
Closed Cell Insulation
Installing Insulation to your home provides resistance to heat flow and lower your heating and cooling cost. Properly insulation your home not only reduces heating and cooling cost, but also improves comfort. Closed cell spray foam is made up of cells that are, as the name suggests, completely closed. The cells are pressed together, so air and mositure are unable to get inside the foam. Because of this, closed cell foam is much more rigid and stable than open cell foam.
Drywall & Taping
What is Drywall you might ask it is a panel made of calcium sulfate dihydrate, with or without additives, typically extruded between thick sheets of facer and backer paper, used in the construction of interior walls and ceilings.
The taping system is an application of compound coats after panels are mounted to walls and/or ceilings (not covering the whole wallboard). This application smooths out imperfections with trowels and shackle.
Siding
Siding is a protective material attached to the exterior of a house or other similar structure, such as a multifamily dwelling. On a house, siding is what helps defend the exterior against weather, impacts and other intrusive elements, such as insects
Acoustical Ceiling
A suspended acoustic ceiling is a secondary ceiling, hung below the structural ceiling both to treat room acoustics and to look attractive. Suspended ceilings have the added advantage of hiding the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations from view while maintaining some level of access to these utilities
Spray Foam
Spray foam insulation is a liquid polyurethane foam that is sprayed onto surfaces and then expands and hardens to create an insulating layer
